Salary:- £27,000 with a £38,360+ OTE
Location: Farnham
We're looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor who can hit the ground running and become an important part of family-owned Dealership Group in the Farnham Area
You'll be:
- Managing customers from booking through to vehicle collection
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Advising customers on servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Preparing estimates and invoices
- Working closely with Technicians and the workshop
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Identifying genuine additional sales opportunities
- Delivering a first-class customer experience
More importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Knows the motor trade
- Is confident dealing with customers
- Understands vehicle servicing and repairs
- Can manage a busy workload
- Communicates well
- Is commercially aware without being pushy
- Takes ownership and gets things done
