- Taking ownership of the customer journey – improving communication, retention, and satisfaction
- Managing Health & Safety – ensuring risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices are in place

- Ability to manage KPIs and improve productivity
- Good knowledge of UK health & safety and commercial vehicle compliance
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- A genuine focus on customer retention and vehicle uptime
- Experience using Keyloop is beneficial but not essential
- You'll be a great fit if you're a natural leader, commercially minded, and want a stable role with a nationally recognised employer.
- £40,000 – £55,000 DOE
- 30 days holiday per year
- Company pension scheme
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Supportive and professional working environment
If you've got commercial vehicle workshop management experience and you're ready to lead an aftersales department, there's a strong salary, genuine responsibility, and a team that's been around for years.
