We are currently seeking a Motorcycle Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham. The Motorcycle Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aftersales service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of the dealership’s reputation for high-quality motorcycle brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for motorcycles to join a well-established team.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Promote the dealership’s aftersales services and enhance customer relationships
  • Welcome walk-in customers and exceed their expectations through excellent service
  • Sell clothing, merchandise, and accessories to complement motorcycles
  • Maintain stock levels, ensuring parts are correctly stored and processed against delivery notes
  • Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Process payments and invoices efficiently
  • Support the Service Manager and work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure workshop parts and customer needs are met promptly and accurately
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience in customer service within the automotive or motorcycle industry
  • Passionate about motorcycles and motorcycle brands
  • Strong organisational skills and a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential, provided you have a genuine passion for all things two-wheeled
