The Role

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager who can take ownership of a busy aftersales operation, lead a team and drive both customer and commercial performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the aftersales team
• Managing workshop and service performance
• Driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Managing departmental profitability and financial performance
• Maintaining high operational standards
• Implementing and improving processes
• Ensuring strong accountability across the department
• Developing team members and supporting their progression
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

About You

You will ideally:

• Have proven experience as an Aftersales Manager
• Have strong leadership and people-management skills
• Be commercially aware and target-driven
• Have excellent knowledge of workshop and service operations
• Be confident managing performance and KPIs
• Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Be organised, professional and hands-on
• Be able to lead a team while maintaining high standards

What's on Offer?

• £50,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
• £30,000 OTE on top
• 45 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
