Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an automotive business in Southend.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Aftersales Manager looking for their next career move, with a strong overall package and the opportunity to take ownership of an aftersales operation.

The Role

As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the aftersales department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the aftersales team

  • Driving workshop and service performance

  • Monitoring KPIs and departmental performance

  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Managing commercial and financial performance

  • Developing and motivating team members

  • Ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed

  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability

  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager

  • Strong automotive aftersales experience

  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills

  • A strong understanding of workshop and service operations

  • Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • The ability to manage performance and drive results

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

💷 £45,000 Basic Salary
