The Aftersales Manager role is responsible for leading the aftersales department in a busy, customer-focused workshop environment, driving performance, team development and measurable improvements.

- £45,000 basic salary with a realistic £67.5k OTE based on performance
- 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am–6pm)

- Manage the Aftersales Manager workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, drive sold hours and improve first time fix
- Lead customer-facing Aftersales Manager activity to achieve commercial targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Drive use of new digital systems and processes within the dealership digitalisation strategy
- Develop team skills and knowledge to support clear career progression
- Optimise operational processes across the customer journey, including vehicle health checks
- Ensure compliance with group financial processes, DVSA MOT requirements and all relevant Health & Safety regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators and take action to hit short, medium and long-term goals
- Contribute to improvements across the department and wider dealership
- Previous experience in a busy dealership environment
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager delivering results
- Ability to manage a team of at least 20 people
- Multi-brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills focused on service standards
- Commercial awareness and capability to drive upsell without compromising customer experience
- Confident adoption of new processes and systems
- Strong understanding of compliance, process adherence and Health & Safety
