We are representing a reputable dealership seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee operations at their Norwich location. The Aftersales Manager role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment, leading a large team across multiple departments and ensuring operational excellence.

Benefits for the successful Aftersales Manager:
  • Competitive basic salary of £50,000 per annum
  • Potential OTE of up to £81,200 annually
  • Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Duties of the Aftersales Manager:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the service, parts, and warranty departments
  • Overseeing a team of approximately 35 staff, including workshop technicians and support personnel
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Driving department profitability while meeting key performance indicators
  • Implementing effective processes to optimise workflow, service delivery, and team performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing strategies to improve departmental outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate large teams
  • Excellent understanding of service, parts, and warranty operations
  • Knowledge of dealership KPIs and continual performance improvement
  • Professional approach coupled with exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
