Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial facility in the Dagenham area. What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Service, maintain, and fault find on AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chilled water units, and refrigeration plant.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently while meeting manufacturer specifications and compliance standards.
- Complete routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and minor component replacements.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and support the wider engineering team with HVAC-related maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or an equivalent qualification.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
- Experience maintaining commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- £45,000 per annum salary
- Monday-Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)
