Job Title: Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer (mobile)

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: London & South East England

Contract: Permanent, Full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile A/C Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities and building services team. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working independently, solving problems on-site and getting involved across a broad range of mechanical and building services requirements.

You’ll be responsible for keeping customers’ environments running smoothly, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial sites.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will combine specialist air conditioning work with wider building maintenance, including:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems
• Installation, servicing and fault-finding on split systems
• Maintenance and diagnostics of VRF/VRV systems
• Working on chillers and associated equipment
• Identifying faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Supporting general building maintenance and associated M&E tasks
• Responding to breakdowns and customer requirements
• Completing service reports, maintenance records and relevant compliance documentation
• Working closely with customers and the wider engineering team to deliver a first-class service

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a technically capable engineer who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working across different environments.

Essential:

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
• F-Gas registered
• Strong experience working with split systems
• Experience with VRF/VRV systems
• Practical experience with chillers
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Experience of general building maintenance / M&E
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
