TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an air conditioning ngineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts

  • Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
  • Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
  • On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
  • Salary - £48,812/Yr.
  • Location – Aylesbury, Oxford, High Wycombe
  • Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours
You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.

The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include plumbing maintenance, fault finding and general repairs.

You’ll have experience gained either within Facilities Management or Construction. There is scope to progress within this role from M&E Engineer to Senior Engineer all the way up to Managing Engineer.

Requirements

  • Full UK License – 6 points max.
  • A recognised F Gas and prefferably an NVQ
