About the Role

As an Air Conditioning Lead, you'll divide your time between carrying out technical work and supporting the wider engineering team. You'll act as a key point of contact for engineers, customers and management while ensuring maintenance and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of Air Conditioning Engineers
• Delivering high-quality planned maintenance and reactive repairs
• Diagnosing faults across a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and coordination of maintenance activities
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements
• Completing service reports and site documentation accurately
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Assisting with installations and project work where required
