About the Role

As HVAC Service Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the service and maintenance department, ensuring engineers are supported and contracts are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting a team of HVAC service engineers
  • Planning reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs
  • Monitoring engineer performance, productivity and customer service
  • Providing technical guidance and resolving complex service issues
  • Managing service schedules and allocating work effectively

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience managing HVAC or air conditioning service operations together with strong technical knowledge of split systems, VRF/VRV systems, chillers and associated plant. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.
