AIR CONDITIONING SALES EXCUTIVE !

£40,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (Remote)

Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

DO YOU HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE AIR CON / ENERGY INDUSTRY !

TECHNICAL AC EXPERIENCE IS THE PRIORITY AND SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!

You do will need to have a traditional sales background.

My client is looking for someone with strong technical Air Conditioning knowledge who who can visit bring on new business customers, understand their requirements, recommend the right solution and accurately scope and cost the work.

If you know AC systems inside out and can confidently explain solutions to customers, your technical knowledge is just as important as your sales experience.

The Role

You’ll be heading up the sales within a growing Air Conditioning division, Bringing on new business, Being involved in opportunities from initial enquiry through to installation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assessing properties and understanding installation requirements
• Selling and Designing suitable split, multi-split and commercial AC systems
• Selecting appropriate equipment based on the property and customer requirements
• Producing accurate estimates and quotations
• Speaking with customers and explaining technical solutions
• Working with preferred AC suppliers and understanding their product ranges
• Liaising with engineers and internal teams
• Providing technical handovers to installation teams
• Identifying opportunities to grow the AC division

If you're currently an engineer who is confident speaking to customers, understands AC systems and products, and wants to move away from being purely hands-on, this could be a great next step.

What they need from you:

• Strong practical and technical knowledge of Air Conditioning
• Experience with AC systems, equipment and installation methods
• The ability to design and cost installations accurately
• Good knowledge of AC manufacturers and suppliers
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
• A commercially minded approach
• The ability to build trust with customers through your technical knowledge

It's about having the technical knowledge to understand the customer's needs, design the right solution and provide an accurate quotation, while developing the commercial and domestic side of the role.
