The school prioritises emotional wellbeing, personalised learning, and fostering confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours in every student.

We are currently recruiting a committed ALN Learning Support Assistant on a temporary-to-permanent basis, starting immediately. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teaching staff to support pupils with a variety of additional learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom, promoting engagement and positive educational outcomes.

Key qualities and experience required:

• Experience working with children or young people with ALN
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, or learning difficulties is desirable
• A proactive and positive attitude
