About the Role
* As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and personally by:
* Supporting students aged 11-16 in and outside the classroom
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN, SEN, SEMH, and additional learning needs
* Helping to build confidence, resilience, and engagement with learning
* Working closely with teachers to deliver an inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Supporting behaviour management and encouraging positive outcomes for all learners
