The Opportunity

We're looking for individuals that are looking to build their customer service skills and learn about sales with career progression potential. No previous sales experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to develop a successful career.

You'll begin your journey in a Sales Development and Lead Generation role, learning how to engage with businesses, understand their challenges and identify opportunities for our consultancy team. Through structured training, mentoring and apprenticeship learning, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful consultative sales professional.

Career Progression Path

Our programme offers a clear development pathway:

Sales Development Apprentice → Junior Sales Executive → Account Manager

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement
  
• Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their business needs
  
• Support the sales team by booking appointments and identifying opportunities
  
• Learn consultative selling techniques and how to recommend tailored solutions
  
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
  
• Work closely with Account Managers and Consultants to deliver a great customer experience
  
• Develop your understanding of utility markets and business solutions
  
• Work towards individual and team targets with ongoing coaching and support
