This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of design services to high-profile projects across the West Midlands. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Attend design team and site meetings
• Undertake site visits to ensure projects achieve high quality and technical compliance
• Manage and coordinate the design team alongside provide technical design to projects
• Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
• Prepare and submit planning applications

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Good post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
