Salary: £34-38,000

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its innovative London studio. Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across a range of scales
  • Produce coordinated technical drawing packages throughout multiple RIBA work stages
  • Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction details
  • Assist with Building Regulations submissions and ensure compliance with current legislation
  • Coordinate technical information with consultants and wider project teams
  • Attend site meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects


Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
  • CIAT membership, or working towards Chartership, would be advantageous
  • Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment
