Architectural Technologist

Location: London

Salary: £45-50,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary practice in London. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to a wide variety of projects across sectors including education, commercial, residential, transport, energy and defence. This role offers the chance to develop your technical expertise while working on projects from design through to delivery.

• Produce coordinated technical designs across RIBA Stages 2-4.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
• Support BIM delivery and Revit model coordination.
• Liaise with contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Assist with technical specifications and material selection.
• Help deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Support junior team members where required.

• CIAT Chartered (or working towards), or ARB registered with a technical focus.
• Experience delivering UK architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM Level 2 workflows.
• Experience with Navisworks and NBS is advantageous.
• Confident coordinating technical information across disciplines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, accurate and able to meet project deadlines.
