Job Title: Permanent Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire (Local travel only)
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience) + Overtime
Contract Type: Permanent

We are partnering with a highly respected, team-oriented environmental consultancy consisting of a close-knit survey team. This is not your typical "sterile firm". The Role:
Are you an early-career surveyor looking to break out of the monotonous daily grind? A massive benefit of this role is that you won't be stuck on the same type of project forever; staff are actively rotated out of housing projects and into commercial work to maintain engagement and provide a refreshing change of pace.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial buildings.
• Managing an achievable workload of five to six houses per day during housing project stints.
• Learning and adapting to the company's highly bespoke internal processes and data collection methods.
• Undertaking routine re-inspections and updating asbestos registers for clients.

About You:

• You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or UKATA equivalent) and possess a full UK driving licence.
• Experience Level: We are specifically looking for a junior surveyor with one or two years of experience. The client strongly prefers candidates at this level over highly experienced individuals or freelancers, as they need professionals who are open and adaptable to learning the firm's bespoke methods.
• You must be self-motivated, meticulous with quality, and possess a professional manner to interface with clients.
• Due to the nature of the sites, you must be able to pass a standard DBS check.
