About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing teams across England. What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
• Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and site representatives.
• Collecting and recording accurate site information using tablet-based systems.
• Producing clear, precise electronic site plans and survey reports.
• Ensuring samples, records and documentation are submitted within required deadlines.
• Completing quality assurance checks to ensure reports meet the required standards.
• Supporting and mentoring trainee surveyors where appropriate.
• Keeping up to date with current asbestos legislation, industry guidance and best practice.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Surveying.
• A minimum of 2 years' relevant asbestos surveying experience.
• A strong understanding of current industry guidance, legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience producing accurate digital survey reports and site plans.
• Good IT skills and confidence using tablets and digital reporting systems.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A professional approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload independently.
