Assembler in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

The Assembler position is working with a market leading, international multi-million-pound turnover engineering business based in Huddersfield. This opportunity offers both personal and career development within a market leading engineering group.

This is a permeant opportunity for an assembler to join a forward thinking, industry leader.

The brand-new purpose built, state of art manufacturing facility is based in Huddersfield, making it accessible from surrounding towns and cities such as; Elland, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities of the Assembler

• Assemble a range of products to a high standard, following specifications and work instructions.
• Check components and materials are correct before assembly to ensure product accuracy.
• Operate assembly machinery, equipment safely and efficiently during the manufacturing process.
• Carry out quality checks, complete production documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all health, safety, environmental, and company quality procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets, customer deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours of the Assembler

• Monday- Friday 06:00-15:00

I would be interested in speaking to candidates who possess

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions and work to precise specifications.
• Experience using measuring equipment and the ability to work accurately with both metric and imperial measurements.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.

• Renumeration: Up to £26,227.50 per annum.
