This is physical, hands-on assembly where pace and care both matter.
No formal experience needed, just the willingness to learn the job properly and do it well.
As an Assembly Operative, you will benefit from:

As an Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling products and sub assemblies to a set build standard
- Using hand tools accurately and safely throughout the build process
- Handling and moving heavier parts and components across the department
- Checking your own work for quality before it moves down the line
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe at all times
As an Assembly Operative, your experience will include:
- Practical, hands on experience in any setting, formal manufacturing experience is not essential
- Comfort with physical work, including regular lifting and manual handling
- Confidence using basic hand tools
- A steady, reliable approach and good attendance
- A willingness to learn and follow build instructions closely
