Our client, a dynamic and innovative leader in the manufacturing and production industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Assembly Operative to join their team in Tunstall. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting quality products, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!

Position: Assembly Operative
Contract Type: Temporary- Permanent after 12 weeks.
Hourly Rate: From £13.00ph
Working Pattern: Full Time Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-5:00PM and Friday 6:00AM-3:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble frames and components with precision and care to create high-quality products.
• Utilise hand and power tools effectively and safely in the assembly process.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Follow assembly instructions and guidelines accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent measuring skills and familiarity with basic mathematical concepts.
