Line Assembler

Location: ST3, Longton Stoke on Trent 
Pay: £(phone number removed)per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 0730-1700 friday 0730-1230
Contract: Temp to Perm 

We are currently recruiting for a Line Assembler to join a well-established manufacturer of trailers.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a busy production team, assembling trailer components to specification and helping to ensure finished products meet the required quality standards.

Key duties will include:

• Assembling trailer components on a production line

• Using hand tools and basic power tools

• Fitting parts and components accurately to specification

• Following assembly instructions and production drawings

• Carrying out basic quality checks on completed work

• Working to production targets and deadlines

• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

• Following all health and safety procedures

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous assembly, manufacturing, production or engineering experience (preferred not essential)

• Be confident using hand and power tools

• Have good attention to detail

• Be comfortable working in a practical, physical role

• Be reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team

• Have experience reading basic drawings or work instructions, although this is not essential
