We're looking for a hands-on Lighting Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team, assembling and wiring high-quality lighting products.
💷 Pay & Benefits
- £13.95 per hour, increasing to £14.86 per hour after 12 weeks
- Overtime available on Fridays at an enhanced rate
- Monday to Thursday working pattern - enjoy a 3-day weekend!
- Please note: The working pattern may change to a 5-day week to meet business needs.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
- Assembling lighting products and components
- Wiring units using technical drawings and diagrams
- Basic soldering, crimping, and cable preparation
- Carrying out quality checks and testing
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
✅ What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production targets
