Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 14:00

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Oldham. This is a hands-on role involving the assembly of aluminium light boxes, working at a bench and using a variety of power tools to screw and fix metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling aluminium light boxes to specification
• Working on a bench using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers)
• Reading and following technical drawings or instructions
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an assembly or production role
• Confident using power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
