Assessment Operations Co-ordinator (Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are looking for an organised Assessment Operations Co-ordinator who can work to tight
deadlines and help support our Assessment Operations Team across our portfolio of products.

What you’ll be doing
Providing high-quality service delivery to both internal and external suppliers and customers
within strict regulatory requirements, whilst ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met.
You will act as the first point of contact for queries received direct from learners and
assessors, in relation to CIPS assessments, while also supporting the Assessment Operations
Manager and Leads.
The role requires you to coordinate assessment panels and training events, manage suppliers’
payments, support the onboarding of examination centres and provide high-quality
administration support to the team.
This role is varied and needs the skills of an individual that is organised, able to stay calm
under pressure and committed to delivering excellent administrative and customer service.
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience of working in an awarding or regulated
environment or have transferable skills in a similar setting.
You will be able demonstrate strong attention to detail, high-quality work and accuracy.
You’ll be a confident communicator who can work well with others and thrives in a busy
setting. You will be highly literate in the MS Office suite and have a strong ability to learn
new systems quickly.
You will have previous experience of working in an administrative or customer service role.
