- Taking monthly utility meter readings where required and keeping records up to date
- Monitoring statutory compliance across the portfolio
- Acting as a point of contact for tenants and making sure issues are resolved promptly
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Attending regular meetings with the Facilities Manager and Surveyor to review ongoing works and risk management
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management or a similar role
- Sound knowledge of health and safety, risk identification and statutory compliance
- Confidence dealing with tenants, contractors and suppliers
- A professional, reliable approach and the ability to work independently
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (training on specialist systems is provided)
- Discretion when handling confidential information
Why apply?
- Part-time hours with flexibility, giving you a better work-life balance
- A competitive pro rata salary plus car allowance
- A role where your experience makes a real difference from day one
- Variety, with a mix of office work and site visits
- A friendly, supportive team and a well-established business
