Rate: from £18.881 to £24.25 ph 
Working Arrangement: Office Based only
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: Full time (Mon-Fri - 09.00 - 17.00 with a 30-minute unpaid break each day)

We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager to support the delivery of high-quality day services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Older Adults, and people with Physical Disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in adult social care and service management to join a well-established service and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
•    Deputise for the Service Manager in the operational management of day services.
•    Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Older Adults, and Physical Disabilities.
•    Supervise and support a team of Day Service Coordinators.
•    Oversee the leadership and management of Support Workers and service delivery.
•    Ensure services meet individual needs, goals, and outcomes for service users.
•    Assist in developing and promoting the service.
•    Monitor and improve service quality through audits and quality assurance processes.
•    Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with council standards and policies.

Requirements
•    Experience working within Adult Social Care services.
•    Previous supervisory or management experience.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
•    Enhanced DBS on the Adult Workforce.
•    Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
