The Role
Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will assist in the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with cost reporting and budget management
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing valuations and payment applications
- Supporting variation and change management processes
- Assisting with subcontractor accounts
- Commercial reporting and project forecasting
- Supporting the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle
- Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveying role
- Construction industry experience with a main contractor, subcontractor or consultancy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification preferred
- Must hold a British Passport or have unrestricted Right to Work in the UK to be eligible for relocation
- £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
