About Our Client

Our client is a regional main contractor established for over 10 years, delivering refurbishment and select new-build projects across London. Their portfolio spans residential, public buildings & churches, and heritage/listed buildings, with project values from £100k to £5m.

The Project

• Location: Isle of Dogs, East London
• Scope: External refurbishment on a residential project, including:
  • Scaffolding packages and access equipment, including cherry pickers
  • Window cleaning and window repairs
  • External painting
  • Masonry repairs
  • Roofing repairs
• Day rate: Up to £230 per day
• Start date: Monday 28th September
• Duration: Initially 12 weeks — strong likelihood of moving onto another site with our client if this one goes well

The Role

• You'll oversee specialist subcontractors on site  including painters/decorators, roofers and window repair specialists
• Keeping works safe, on programme and to a high standard.
• This is a hands-on role: our client wants someone who doesn't mind getting involved in the works themselves when needed, not just directing from the office.
