Assistant Site Manager – Derbyshire – 6-8 Weeks
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a short-term project in Derbyshire, starting on the 20th of July.
Project Details:
- Duration: 6/8 weeks
- Scope: New Build Housing
- Environment: Live site, assisiting with finishing the units.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments.
- Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works
Duties:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
- Coordinating works with subcontractors, trades & labour
- Reporting progress to the project team
