Assistant Site Manager – Derbyshire – 6-8 Weeks

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a short-term project in Derbyshire, starting on the 20th of July.

Project Details:

  • Duration: 6/8 weeks
  • Scope: New Build Housing
  • Environment: Live site, assisiting with finishing the units.

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments.
  • Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works

Duties:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
  • Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
  • Coordinating works with subcontractors, trades & labour
  • Reporting progress to the project team

This is a great opportunity for an Assisstant Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
