Assistant Site Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established SME residential developer on a thoughtfully designed development of 28 high-quality new homes in Pershore.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that prides itself on delivering homes of an exceptional standard rather than chasing volume. You'll be joining a close-knit team where quality, customer satisfaction and attention to detail are at the heart of every development.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Role

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a live residential development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.
• Monitor quality throughout the build process and ensure defects are minimised.
• Carry out site inspections and assist with snagging and handovers.
• Help deliver an excellent customer experience through the final stages of the build.

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments.
• A genuine passion for producing high-quality homes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit site team.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

• SMSTS 
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• New build residential experience with a recognised housebuilder or residential contractor
