We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused Deputy Store Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy fashion retail store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing the team and ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience every time they visit.

The Role

As Deputy Store Manager, you will:

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a motivated retail team
• Drive sales performance and help achieve store targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Promote new products, promotions and loyalty initiatives with confidence
• Ensure operational standards are maintained across stock control, administration, security, health & safety and loss prevention
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching and support
• Lead by example and inspire colleagues through a positive and customer-focused approach
• Support the delivery of business objectives and store performance targets

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a retail supervisory, assistant manager or deputy manager role
• Is commercially aware and target driven
• Has strong leadership and people management skills
• Can motivate, coach and develop others
• Is organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Leads by example with high standards of professionalism and presentation
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
