Location: Portsmouth, Lakeside North Harbour
Salary: £26,500 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £30,000 Year 1 | £50,000 Year 2 | £90,000–£130,000 Year 3
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

• Sourcing and speaking with candidates about job opportunities.

• Building relationships with candidates and clients.

• Matching candidates with suitable contract roles.

• Developing specialist knowledge of your recruitment market.

• Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission.

• Progressing towards becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant within your first 12 months.

• £26,500 starting salary + uncapped commission from day one.

• Year 1 OTE £30k | Year 2 £50k | Year 3 £90k–£130k
