You'll be joining a team that partners with multinational organisations, banks, major software houses and start-ups, and is recognised as one of Ireland's leading IT recruitment consultancies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the full recruitment process
• Develop your own portfolio of clients using effective business development techniques
• Source and manage tech talent through the full recruitment lifecycle, using a range of attraction methods
• Develop specialist market expertise through a tailored training programme
