Search Recruitment Group is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our established Edinburgh team.

Previous recruitment experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training, structured development and ongoing support to equip you with the skills to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively source, interview and represent suitable candidates within your specialist market.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to successful placement.
• Build and develop your own client and candidate network, establishing a strong presence within your market.
• Work towards individual performance targets, contributing to the continued growth of the division.

About You

We are looking for motivated, resilient, and commercially minded individuals who can demonstrate:

• Professional work experience, ideally within sales, customer service, hospitality or another commercially focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive approach to business development and the confidence to engage with prospective clients.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to work towards targets and overcome challenges.
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine commitment to professional development.
