Audi Service Concierge at Sytner, Leicester, Leicestershire

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and confident individual to join Leicester Audi as a Service Concierge, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Based within our innovative Drive-Through Service experience, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the dealership for their vehicle's service or maintenance. Your role will be to create a warm, professional and welcoming environment, greeting customers on arrival and guiding them seamlessly through their visit.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Whether your experience comes from retail, hospitality or another customer-focused role, your personality, positive attitude and ability to make people feel welcome are what matter most.

About You

You will be an energetic, approachable and customer-focused individual who enjoys being around people and making a difference to their experience.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, front-of-house or customer service. However, we are equally interested in your personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
