Duties of a Marketing & Social Media Manager:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content, including photography, video, and graphics, to promote services and promote the company’s environmental initiatives
  • Maintain and optimise website content for SEO; oversee digital advertising campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade partners, industry organisations, and local businesses
  • Organise and support participation in trade exhibitions, industry events, and community projects
  • Monitor marketing performance, providing regular insights and reporting to senior management
  • Support online parts sales and other digital revenue streams, helping to increase brand reach and customer engagement
Requirements of a Marketing & Social Media Manager: 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Strong understanding of content creation, digital advertising, and analytics
  • Proficient in photography, videography, and basic editing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and website management
  • Excellent copy writing, organisational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Passion for the automotive and recycling sectors, with a proactive and innovative mindset
