Automotive Paint Technician / Spray Painter

We are currently recruiting experienced Automotive Paint Technicians / Spray Painters to join a leading automotive engineering business based at Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting automotive projects within a professional, high-quality environment. The successful candidates will be involved in delivering premium paint finishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle panels and components for paint application.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, basecoats and clear coats.
• Carry out high-quality paint spraying to manufacturer and customer specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional finish and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter or Paint Technician.
• Strong preparation and paint application skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within automotive manufacturing, prototype, bodyshop or specialist vehicle environments is highly desirable.
• Flexible approach with a positive attitude towards overtime when required.
