Grab the bull by the horns and join an Independent Garage in the Woking Area, for a family-feel business with a strong emphasis on working as a team, old-school in approach and modern in outlook.
You'll be a Service Advisor within a very stable and organised team, with an excellent reputation. Theses guys are the Franchise Experts that do all the in-depth fault finding using specialist equipment, at the cutting edge, and they deliver on customer service (and hopefully you do too).
There is no pressure-cooker culture here, and they are investing into their work space and rolling with the times. If you're feeling burned-out you're looking to the next challenge, then we should probably talk.
You'll also be waving goodbye to weekends - working M-F only, with enough time to make it home for 6pm*
What you’ll need to have
- Experience working as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
- The mind-set to solve problems, deal with customers and handle yourself independently.
- A driving license
- That’s it.
