Automotive Technical Trainer

Our client, a leader in the automotive education sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Technical Trainer to join their team in Milton Keynes.

• Deliver a blend of hands-on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts
• Develop and update learning content, including new-model launch training
• Attend brand and factory events, including product launches and factory accreditation programmes
• Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as defined by line management

• Experience in teaching or training within the automotive sector
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to share that passion with others
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners
• Proactive and able to manage own time effectively
• Commitment to continuous personal development
• Ability to commute to Milton Keynes daily
• Experience with commercial or light commercial vehicles is desirable
