With strong employer partnerships and continued investment in staff development, they are looking for an Automotive professional to join their growing apprenticeship team.

In this role, you will support Automotive apprentices throughout their learning journey, delivering training from the Aylesbury campus and carrying out workplace assessments and progress reviews with local employers. You will help learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviors required to succeed within the Automotive industry while building strong relationships with both apprentices and employers.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle and have strong Automotive industry experience. EV and F-Gas qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential. Previous teaching or assessing experience is not required, as full training and support will be provided to help you transition into education.

The Role

• Deliver Automotive apprenticeship training and support learner development
• Work with apprentices throughout their qualification
• 2 days teaching from the Aylesbury campus and 3 days workplace assessing
• 37-hour Monday to Friday role with flexible and hybrid working opportunities

The Person

• Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
• Strong Automotive industry experience
• Passionate about supporting apprentices
• No previous teaching or assessing experience required
• Full UK Driving license
