Our client, a renowned name in aerospace training, is currently seeking a B2 Training Instructor specialising in the Airbus H135. This is a temporary role offering flexibility regarding your location, and it entails delivering high-quality training services focused on the aircraft's avionics, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for the Airbus H135
• Instructing trainees on H135 avionics, electrical, electronic, communication, and navigation systems maintenance and operations
• Ensuring trainees grasp core competencies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
• Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback
• Updating training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and practices
• Supporting trainees through their learning journeys to achieve certification goals
• Collaborating with the training team to maintain a high standard of instructional quality

• Strong experience in B2 aircraft maintenance
• Proficiency with the Airbus H135, with extensive knowledge of its avionics, electrical, and electronic systems
• Previous instructional or teaching experience is advantageous but not required, as full instructor/teaching training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
• Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to suit different learning styles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules efficiently
• Relevant B2 licence and qualifications relating to the Airbus H135
