Connect Appointments is recruiting a B2B Sales Consultant to join our growing Livingston branch.

This is a telephone-based sales role focused on building relationships with businesses, generating new opportunities and promoting our recruitment services. If you enjoy speaking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by results, this is worth a look.

What's on offer?

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • £28,000 per annum

As a B2B Sales Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Making high volumes of outbound calls to introduce our recruitment services
  • Identifying and engaging with decision-makers across a range of industries
  • Generating new business opportunities and booking appointments with prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understanding clients' recruitment needs and providing suitable solutions

To be considered as a B2B Sales Consultant, you will need:

  • A confident, motivated and target-driven approach to sales
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Previous experience in a telephone-based sales or business development role is advantageous
  • The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
