Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to members and guests at the bar and dining areas
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining spaces in accordance with hygiene standards
• Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to during service
• Assist with setting up tables, organising service stations, and clearing after service
• Handle payments efficiently using the club’s point-of-sale systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
• Uphold the club’s standards of professionalism, appearance, and behaviour at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including early mornings, weekends and evenings as required
• A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and presentation
