Salary: £30-35k (Negotiable DOE) + Generous bonus (£50k+ OTE)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Bathrooms Sales Designer wishing to design within a well-presented bathroom showroom, playing a key role in driving showroom sales, customer satisfaction, and overall commercial performance.

About the Role;

This is a varied, customer-focused position centred on Bathroom sales and design. The Bathroom Sales Designer will be responsible for creating an engaging showroom environment, delivering an outstanding customer journey, and converting enquiries into sales. Acting as the main point of contact for retail and trade customers, you will provide expert product advice, design guidance, and accurate quotations that are converted to sales.
 
The role offers excellent scope for development within a successful independent business, with a strong emphasis on showroom standards, sales growth, and customer experience rather than people management.

Key Responsibilities;

- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers
- Proactively engage with both trade professionals and retail customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering suitable product solutions and utilise CAD software to create detailed Bathroom designs and layouts, helping customers visualise their projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and stay updated on industry trends
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

 
Requirements / Skills;

- A proven track record of working in a targeted environment and achieving or exceeding set sales goals
- 1 year + experience creating Bathroom designs and layouts.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to increase sales and progress
