Ecommerce Account Executive
Mansfield | £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience and client | Full-time

A service-driven role focused on customers, coordination and getting things done.

We're looking for several Ecommerce Account Executive's to join a growing ecommerce and fulfilment team for various clients in the Mansfield area

This is a non-sales role. You'll look after existing customers, manage day-to-day queries and coordinate with internal teams to make sure requirements are delivered smoothly and on time.

The role

• Manage day-to-day customer queries and account requests.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with ecommerce, fulfilment and operational teams.
• Keep customers updated and ensure requests are followed through.
• Support quotations, costs, reporting and account information.
• Help resolve issues and identify ways to improve service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

About you:

Experience in ecommerce, customer service, account support, fulfilment, logistics or operations would be beneficial.
