Shifts: 6am-6pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour (increasing to £14.27 after 12 weeks)

Job Type: Temporary Ongoing - Full-Time

Stafforce has an exciting opportunity for Beauty & Fashion Retail Assistants to join a leading beauty, fashion, and retail distributor based in Charlton. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for beauty and fashion products, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assisting customers with beauty, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, and accessory enquiries.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Replenishing beauty and fashion stock and ensuring products are displayed to company standards.
• Maintaining attractive and well-organised product displays throughout the store.
• Processing customer purchases accurately using the till system.
• Supporting stock deliveries, unpacking products, and organising stock rooms.
• Assisting with promotional displays, seasonal launches, and new product ranges.
• Conducting quality checks on beauty and fashion products.
• Supporting daily store operations to help achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Previous retail, beauty, fashion, or customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
